Tinted Moisturizer

Would a tinted moisturizer be better for my skin?

I have a little bit of acne, and a few acne scars. So would a tinted moisturizer and a good concealer be better off for my skin compared to a powder of foundation? What's a good (in-expensive) tinted moisturizer and concealer to use?

What is a good tinted moisturizer for oily skin?

I need a light tinted moisturizer that has SPF, will give me a decent amount of coverage, but wont feel heavy on my skin. I want a "barely there" feel.

use Neutrogena skin Enhacer Tinted moisturizer this is great you find
at Walmart, Target any drugstores is super lighweight.

also Physician Formula Healthy wear tinted Moisturizer Spf 50 is amazing for
price is great light .

Hour Glass Tinted moisturizer is great Matte Oil Free is great but a bit expensive.

Korres watermelon tinted moiskturizer is a great matte tinted moisturizer for oily skin.
