Mac Select sheer press powder or blot press powder?

alriightt, so i have R E A L L Y oily skin and i get pimples aloot and it makes me really self consish and i'm gonna get powder and i don't know which to get... mac select sheer press powder or mac blot press powder? which one will cover my pimples and help me hide my oily skin?

and if you use something else that is really good with oily skin and covering pimples, i'm open to suggestions. the most i'm willing to pay is around $20 so nothing higheer, if you use something really expensive... oh! and press powder only!

There is no product on the market that will cover pimples. The only way for them to not be seen is for them to not exist on your face. There is not, in reality, going to be a $20 fix to your problem. Neither of the products you mentioned will help you much other than help take away that mid-day shine.

I would suggest starting from the ground up to fix your skin issues. A good Skin Care regimen will help fix many of your problems. Look for a good clarifying cleanser and toner (only use if skin still feels icky after washing). Also, use a light moisturizer.

All the products I mentioned I also use. I have oily, sensitive skin that I finally got under control. All of these together are pricey, but try at least the face scrub. And I would suggest trying all of them to see if they will work for you, as they did for me. These were prices from off websites and do not include any shipping, just suggested retail price. You can find all these at a local drug store or department store.

What does MAC Select Sheer/Pressed Powder do?

I just bought MAC select Sheer/Pressed Power. It sounded like a good product and I bought it but it makes me a bit ashy looking, I have the right tone for my skin. So my question is how do I apply it. Is it: Concealer, Foundation, then the Select Sheer/Pressed Powder, and then my normal mineralize powder, which gives more of a darker tone that I like?
Please help!

I also have Select Sheer Pressed Powder, and I love it. I don't wear any foundation, because I don't feel like I need it. It doesn't give me an ashy look, so it's most likely you don't have the right shade.
Anyways, you can apply concealer or foundation first, it doesn't matter, it's the matter of personal preference. Then, apply powder. I don't suggest applying two powders, because it'll give you a cakey or powdery look. If you do, you can spray a finisher on, to get rid of the cakey/ powdery look. I suggest Fix+.
