Bare Escentuals VS Target Brand Mineral Makeup?

I know that Bare Escentuals is a pure and genuine Mineral Make up line. They claim many other brands "claim" to be Pure Minerals.. but because of FDA rules they can get away with putting extra bad ingredients in it. Does anyone know.. which CHEAP brands.. Available at Target Etc, are a PURE or almost Pure Mineral makeup? (Like Bare Esentuals/ Bare Minerals is?)

I hear that Physician's Formula works well.
