I have an olive tone, I guess you could say somewhat oily skin, I think mineral make-up seems great. Has it been good for you?

What is the difference between a mineral make-up and a normal make-up?

My sister gave me a keyano mineral make-up eye shimmer cat's eye and I don't know how to use it.Thanks in advance!

But I would purchase a fine smaller Round Brush and jus use ithe makeup sparingling since a little goes a long way. dab it off a bit if its a loose powdery..if its compact you could use a qtip or even your finger.
