Contour Brush

Is there a website for custom brush sets?

I am 15 years old and would like to Get Started practicing Makeup a little bit more. But I need the right brushes. Since I am 15, I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars getting the right brushes (MAC being out of the question for sure)
I have researched a little and found that I need:
Basic Eyeshadow Brush (flat, stiff)
Round eyeshadow brush
Fluffy eyeshadow brush
Pencil Brush
Face contour Brush
Angled Blush Brush
Highlighter brush
Is there a website out there that lets you put together your own Brush Set? because I can't seem to find a set that has all of these 8.
I appreciate any help you have!

What do these Makeup Brushes do?

There are so many different brushes, i just get confused. What is the skunk brush for? And what does a contour brush do? I want to have flawless looking skin and i know brushes can make a difference! Thanks!

The Skunk brush is a multi purpose brush, it can be used to stipple foundation, or it can be used to apply blush.
A contour brush is used to contour your face. Basically you choose a powder or a bronzer that is a few shades darker than your natural skin tone. You take the contour brush, pick up the color and apply the product in the hollows of your cheeks. This is a tool used to make your face appear thinner.
