What color Eye Shadow would look good with brown eyes and blue eyes?

My friend has brown eyes and I have blue. We would like to know what Color Eye shadow would look nice.

How to make blue eyes look good in the winter?

Winter is coming around the corner and my skin gets pretty pale and my hair is blond. I feel like I cant do anything with my Makeup without making it look like too much or too little while I try to make my pale blue eyes pop. I never have this problem in the summer! Any suggestions?!!
Also, how can I warm up my face? I don't like wearing a load of makeup on my face and I feel like the bronzer I use makes my face look too orange.

rim your eyes with a blue eyeliner. then use black eyeliner to coat your lashes...this is simple and will make your eyes pop. if you wear darker clothing during winter, try a dark blue eyeliner on your eyes.
or go really simple without eyeliner,but use a pale blue eyeshadow like maybelline cool looks(think thats what its called) or even do a Smoky Eye look and use a pale shiny silver shadow on your brow bone. for a warmer look, switch to a lighter bronzer. remember, colors will look stark against the white foliage of winter so maybe you could play around with the pale look while you can, the porcelain doll look. looks more natural too. hope this helps!
