What do I do with clinique glow crazy Highlighting Powder in Gold Dust?

I just found it in my makeup drawer. Does it go above the cheekbones?

Putting it above your cheekbones would visually flatten the area. So if you want your cheeks to look smaller, do that. If you want to bring them out, then put it on your cheekbones. You can also highlight the inside corners of your eyes, the sides of your nose (to straighten it, don't do this if you have a long nose) your brow bone, or your jaw line. You could also use it to highlight your collar bone by putting it on your collarbone.

How do you store all your makeup?

I have a drawer full of makeup, and it's just lying in one big pile. I have a pretty big collection of makeup but I don't know how to store it in a way where I can find what I'm looking for easily.
Any one with lots of makeup too come up with a solution for this?

Walmart, Target and Wal-greens sell large, nice looking train cases. Or, if your collection is larger than that you can buy little desk organizers, decorative glass containers or pencil trays to keep everything organized and seperated.
