Does the radio station KISS 106.1 fm seattle allow minors to participate in on air contests?

Why do Mexican men kiss an American woman in greeting?

I have a friend who's born and raised from Mexico and he's a guy. Every time he greets me or even says goodbye he always seems to kiss my check or does some kind of "air kiss". Why does he do that?

That is how the mexican tradition to greet someone is. Instead of shaking hands, they kiss cheeks. Nothing abnormal.
